Located in the heart of JLT- Dubai, the Marriott Residence JLT is a contemporary and timeless structure with a set of partitions that creates a playful and dynamic interplay of light and shadow across its facade.
These partitions are strategically placed to capture the sun’s movement during the day, transforming as shadow washes over the partitions, creating a mesmerizing visual display that will change throughout the day.
The tower will also have a roof garden with panoramic views of the Sheikh Zayed Road, the city skyline, and the surrounding landscape. The intention is for this building to become an iconic landmark in JLT.
