Located at the gateway to Palm Jumeirah, AVA is a residential tower developed for OMNIYAT. The project explores the relationship between architecture, structure, and landscape through a fluid architectural form shaped by its waterfront setting. Comprising 16 residences and a four-level Sky Palace, the development is designed to maximise panoramic views while responding to its prominent location with a sculptural presence visible from multiple vantage points along Dubai's coastline.

SOMA
The design was developed using parametric methodologies that informed both the architectural expression and the building's spatial organisation. A steel superstructure enables the tower's distinctive sloping terraces, creating a layered composition of indoor and outdoor spaces. Large openings and expansive terraces extend the living environment beyond the building envelope, strengthening the connection between the residences and the surrounding seascape.
A key aspect of the project is the sequencing of arrival and movement through the development. The experience is conceived as a gradual transition from the urban environment into a more private residential setting, reinforcing the sense of separation from the city while maintaining visual connections to the wider landscape. Through the integration of architectural form, structure, and views, AVA establishes a residential environment shaped by its unique waterfront context.
