Haven, Athlon and the Wilds

Aldar Properties has recently launched its first residential development in Dubai: Haven — a community rooted in nature and wellness. Located in Dubai Land, the expansive masterplan is comprised of luxury villas, as well as 3−5 Bedroom standard villas, and 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses designed by U+A. Two design schemes were developed for villa and townhouse typologies, both with a contemporary and naturalistic design approach, and a particular focus on nature integration.
