Architecturally, the residences explore a restrained, monolithic language inspired by the permanence and material character of natural formations. Façades use contrasting textures and tonal variations to respond to different viewing distances: tactile, articulated surfaces enrich areas experienced at close range, while smoother treatments give the larger volumes a cleaner expression from a distance. This controlled relationship between mass, texture, light and shadow establishes a consistent architectural identity across the community.
The landscape extends this design language through community parks, residential gardens, streetscapes and recreational areas. The later landscape concept draws on the idea of ripples, using flowing forms and pathways to structure spaces for active and passive recreation, play, sports, pools and gathering.
