DPG Business Bay Promenade

The design of the park combines pedestrian activities supported by Food and Beverage offerings. The planning and architecture of the park create unique views and connectivity to the water. Floating platforms on the canal aim to extend the experience further onto the water, which is unlike any other marina development in Dubai till date. Supported by vessel access points the park allows for connectivity with the rest of Dubai via Watertaxi and Abra boats.

U+A proposed creating active nodes of interest along the canal within larger zones of green space. Each node would serve as an easily accessible place of respite for the workers and residents of densely packed centre of the city.
