[Event Recap] We are proud to share that recently our Design Director, Muhammad Habsah, took part in The Invisible Workplace panel by Love That Design, exploring the invisible decisions that determine whether a workplace works once people begin using it.
The discussion moved beyond visual quality to consider workplace strategy, human behavior and business performance. It looked at how circulation, adjacencies, privacy, and collaboration should be shaped by the way an organization actually operates, not simply by how it imagines itself to operate. As Muhammad shared, “The majority of the acoustics doesn’t come from acoustic treatment. It comes from spatial planning.”
At U+A, we believe the most successful workplaces are the ones that quietly support the people using them—making it easier to concentrate, communicate, and collaborate throughout the day. Thank you, Love That Design, for creating a valuable platform to share expertise and open up this important conversation.
