We had an incredible time at the Vertical Communities Conference, co-hosted by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and Canadian University Dubai! The event brought together a dynamic mix of students, faculty, and industry professionals to explore the evolving role of tall buildings in shaping high-end urban living.
A highlight of the day was the insightful session by Ahmed Samy, Associate Director at U+A, who shared his expertise on ambitious tall building designs that go beyond aesthetics, focusing on innovation, functionality, and the evolution of vertical communities. His discussion sparked engaging conversations on how architecture can redefine the future of urban living.
A big thank you to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), Canadian University Dubai, and everyone who contributed to making this event a success! Excited to continue these important discussions on the future of architecture and urban design.
